In syncing with our surroundings, now is the right time for setting up goals and intentions. SEE, you aren't late to the party. The early days of the new year are actually meant for us to rest. Only once we are replenished, can we be fueled and inspired for creative change. Imbolc means “in the belly.” Now is an optimal time to stoke a fire in the belly to spark your passions! Once ignited your heartfelt goals are ours to claim. 🔥
Also known as Candlemans, it's traditionally celebrated from February 1st until February 2nd at sundown. In the turning of the wheel it represents our midway point between winter solstice and spring equinox. It's a reminder that even wrapped in winter weather, our days are getting longer. Initiating a deep wisdom and healing, we're drawn toward the light. The earth is preparing to wake up with a gentle stirring of inspiration. And so are we.

Like nature around you, be suspended a little longer in contemplative rest and recovery. This is also the time of year we are most vulnerable to both physical and mental depletion. Take your emotional pulse. Give yourself a physical assessment. Get honest and intuitive about what you need beyond the surface. Be active in your pursuit of embodied self-care. As the light slowly returns, what will lead you back to balance?
