Workshop: Ayurveda, Yoga, and Journaling for the Anxious Mind & Worried Heart.
It's time to welcome spring. It's also very valuable right now to get grounded. I’m offering this workshop as a way to calm the anxious mind and to free the heart of some of its worry.
In the workshop we'll do a little bit of journaling, guided meditation, breath work, movement and learn more about our elemental designs.
These turbulent times can leave us vulnerable with emotions and symptoms that deplete our vitality and dampen our inner fire. Gathering in community and acquiring new tools and techniques can stand us more firmly in our center. It’s a chance to regroup, reset, reconnect, and realign.
