I've been working on a special project for us all. It's an expansion of last December's workshop for our year-end wrap. This year, I'm guiding a 5 day Writing Journey that kicks off Monday - including a workshop next Thursday evening! This process feels much more illuminating in smaller doses. You can join in as much or as little as you feel inspired.

You can take this writing journey one day at a time - each morning you'll get a new prompt to explore. This is your time to connect with yourself, away from the noise and expectations of the world.
Start or end your day with some tea or joe and take a few moments to get grounded. This will give a little ritual of reverence for the year gone by- all the memories made, all the challenges met, and everything we invested our energy into. Write freely, letting your thoughts flow. This is just for you and only you.
I hope this will be a peaceful little sanctuary from the frenzy of the holidays and a special gift for yourself.
