As promised, here's the next collection of animal poses to study! We began with nature's wisdom revealed through the wild world of reptiles. I have to admit, while I have befriended a turtle or two and have a healthy respect for snakes…it is much easier to be charmed by colorful whimsical birds. The blog series continues as we fly into the mystical, magical realm of birds. I put some book titles and references at the bottom, if you want to take a deep dive into myth and meaning.

Timelessly, the winged ones captivate us with feathered magic. There’s an otherworldly appreciation for birds. Often divine messengers, they’ve appeared in a vast collection of cultural mythology as consorts and transports of gods and goddesses since the beginning of time. From the epitome of grace to the fierce laser-like strike, they perch in the treetops and soar through the sky.
