I wanted to dive in here this week and let you know about next week…
Next week, there is a bonus workshop for all of you, paid subscribers. Thank you so much - everybody who subscribes, who reads, who comments, who shares. Thanks for being part of this community. I feel like it's a good time to gather.
The workshop will be offered next Thursday 3/20, at 6: 30 PM EST. It's time to welcome spring. It's a good time to check in with where we are three months into the year. Everybody rallies around the new year as our fresh start, our new goals. But now is really the energy of newness - it's nice to reflect on what winter gave to us. What we learned from the growth we had…the growth, we didn't have - all of it.
It's also very valuable right now to get grounded. In the world as it is there is a lot of anxiousness, there's a lot of worry. I wanted to offer this workshop as a way to calm the anxious thoughts (or at least start to see them for what they are) and to settle the heart of some of its worry. It's not like this hour/ hour and a half workshop (I'm not sure how long it'll be?) will solve everything, but it's a nice reset. It's a nice reconnection and it’s important right now to be in community.
In the workshop we'll do a little bit of journaling, guided meditation, learn our elemental designs and how spring might affect that, how the chaos of the world might affect that as we start to try to find our way in and through these times. As we navigate all of this craziness, right? So Yeah, we'll do a little breath. We'll do a little movement, and we'll do a little chatting.
