 Hello, dear ones.

I guess it's true, sometimes you share what you most need to receive. So, it seems like the perfect time to dig into the archives for Yoga in Bed. It is definitely one of the most viewed from the library. It’s an oldie, but a goodie.

I’ve pulled the highlights from my favorite five restorative poses. These are all great practiced in sequence for opening up the hips and bringing in some low back magic; Supported Shavasana, Knee Hug, Reclined Butterfly, Supine Twist, and Child’s Pose. Each video highlight introduces the set up and guides you through while supported on a mountain of fluffy pillows.

At the bottom there’s a bonus playlist - Songs for the Sacred Stillness. Once you learn these poses, once you see the setup - you can choose your own adventure. Set up your pose, pick one of the songs from the playlist, sink into your still point and enjoy.

Rest and restore… you’ve earned it, you deserve it.
