Life Mandala Writing Journey Workshop Replay
The Who, What, Where, Why, When and How of your story.
Thanks so much for joining the workshop last night!!!!! ( It’s okay if you didn’t make it… you can catch the replay .)
We covered a lot of ground as we begun to connect to the soul of our goals. The Hamsa mantra meditation (19:59) was a sacred initiation of our desires. The So/Hum Ham/Sa mantra is my very favorite to share. We get so dizzied by life and distractions that it’s challenging to get clarity on what it is that we actually want. Quieting the noise and stilling the static allows us to hear the calling of our own voice. There’s a lot going on in there.
This quarter’s writing journey was a full exploration of who we are becoming… to get rooted in self, anchored in integrity, and fueled by will. Last night we went through some key highlights of the process, learning how to take any goal or intention to its core. This is the first step in manifesting that which you envision. It sources your creative magic. The world needs a lot of that right now- - to tip the scales, our collective creation and contribution has to be stronger than the destruction.
This writing journey will remain posted for a couple more weeks. If you missed it, there’s time. If you want to explore more, please do. You can go through the steps below or watch the workshop replay to catch the highlights.
The Who, What, Where, Why, When and How of your story continues to be written…
If you are just diving into the process, you can always go back to week one , two, three, four, or five to watch the replay. Take it a day at a time or make some tea and follow your inspiration through each writing prompt to clarify these five questions:
Where are you coming from now? (replay and prompts)
Who are you becoming? (replay and prompts)
What are you seeking? (replay and prompts)
Why is this important? (replay and prompts)
When is the right time? (replay and prompts)
How do you feel? (watch the workshop)
There are Pdfs of all of these writing prompts at the bottom of the post. Grab a pen, journal, or the printable pdfs and cozy up for a few minutes…
